PURCHASING POLICY
Garage Rustik is a woodworking workshop, not a store. Our creations are often exhibited at craft fairs and Christmas markets. Our online shop allows us to showcase our work year-round. Generally, online sales (as well as in-person sales) are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as when a purchased item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will work together to find a fair and equitable solution to ensure your satisfaction.
